Arise and shine oh Zion for thy Light has come, 

And the Glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

The rulers of the darkness have been overcome,

And their kingdom has been plundered 

By the holy One!    

ARISE AND SHINE,

THY LIGHT HAS COME,     

THE SON OF GOD, THE HOLY ONE!    

Lift up your eyes oh Zion round about you and see,

For they gather now together and they come to thee

The kings and queens of nations All come from afar,

With your sons and all your daughters 

Carried in their arms.    

CHORUS: ARISE AND SHINE, 

THY LIGHT HAS COME, 

THE  SON OF GOD, THE HOLY ONE.

ARISE AND SHINE OH ZION!

Shout for joy oh Zion, for thy King has come,     

Your God the Mighty warrior, the Holy One.    

He'll gather in the outcast and He'll heal the lame, 

He'll rejoice in you with singing and 

He'll bring you fame. (CHORUS) 

They'll call your walls Salvation 

And your gates will be Praise. 

No longer will you need the Sun for light by day.  

No longer will you need the moon to light the night,

For your God will be your
