Adonai, Adonai Tsuree, Elohey, Elohey Malkhee.    

Baruch Adonai Tsuree. Blessed be,    

Blessed be the Lord, the Lord My Rock!    

1) Blessed be the Lord, the Lord my Rock,    

Who trains my hands for war    

And my fingers for battle.    

Blessed be the Lord. (repeat)    

My lovingkindness and my fortress,    

My stronghold my deliverer,    

My Shield in Whom I take refuge.     

The Lord is my Rock and I will call upon Him,    

Blessed be the Lord, Adonai Tsuree. (Repeat Vs 1) 

2) The Lord is my strength,    

My fortress and my defense,    

My Shield in Whom I take refuge,    

The Lord is my Rock,    

And I will call upon Him.   

Blessed be the Lord, Adonai Tsuree.    

3) The cords of death encompassed me,     

And the gates of hell enslaved me.    

Then I cried unto the Lord my Rock    

And He heard my voice and saved me!    

Then the earth quaked and it trembled.     

It was bowed down in his wrath,    

As he came down to defend me    

And he made the darkness his path.    

Then he thundered in the heavens    

And the seas fled at his roar,    

As  he drew me from many waters     

And he set me upon the shore,    

The lord,  my  g-d,  my shield,     

My strength, my rock....
