Great Foods for improving your heart.

Flaxseed

Broccoli

Strawberries

Garlic

Olive Oil

Cauliflower

Bananas

Walnuts

Oats

Salmon

Fat-Free Milk

Tuna

Whole grains

Black tea/Green tea

Blueberries

Tomatoes

Soy Protein

 

You need to grind flaxseeds...Also you can use flax oil

keep it in refrigerator and check exp. date always.

 

Some people cannot use soy products.

 

Green tea and black tea have caffeine so you can use

de-caf green tea if you have a problem with caffeine.

 

Here is a small list of anti-inflammatory foods.

 

Pomegrantes

Pomegrante juice ( NO sugar added) use organic

Tart Cherry Juice  ( Organic)

Blueberry Juice

 

Ginger and Tumeric are excellent spices for inflammation.

You can buy ginger capsules/Tumeric caps OR put some

in a glass of water and drink...There are many more foods
