Dark chocolate
without added sugar is actually good for
you. Read the label and be sure it is
purchased at a health food store.
Broccoli, cabbage
and cauliflower are very helpful for cancer
and immune function. Raw, steamed and in a
stir fry are very good. Dont overcook
vegetables.
Make a broccoli and
cauliflower salad and eat raw. When eating
vegetables raw you are eating live food. Use
a little mayonnaise or a product called
Vegenaise, some vinegar and a little sea
salt.
Make a habit of
undercooking vegetables that are fresh.
Cook up a generous
amount of brown rice so you can use for a
few days. Top the rice with the vegetables
and use light soy sauce or Bragg's liquid
amino's.
I recommend organic
eggs. A vegetarian omelette is tasty. Start
with a little olive oil in pan add whatever
vegetable you like.... lightly stir fry on a
med/low heat then beat your eggs and put
over vegetables. Add a touch of cheese IF
you are not allergic. Cook and then but your
oven on broil put pan in and just for a
moment let the top lightly brown. You can
add salsa on top.
- increase
brocoli, cauliflower and cabbage
- salsa for
the omelette ( please read labels)
- light soy
sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos
Happy and healthy
eating!

GOD HAS GOOD
PLANS
FOR
YOUR
FUTURE
know what I'm doing.
I have it all planned
out--
plans to take care of you,
not abandon you,
plans to give you
the future you hope for.
"When you call on me,
when you come
and pray to me,
I'll
listen.
