I would like to talk about some wholesome breakfast idea's.
I cook a pot of either brown rice, basamati rice ( brown or white) Jasmine rice. I make sure I cook enough for at least 3 days.
Rice is tasty heated up in the morning with either organic whole milk, rice or soy milk. I like some cinnamon and then top it with raisins..You can use some walnuts as well. Just heat with some milk and stir until heated. Creamy rice hot cereal comes in a package and just follow directions. Bob's red mill is a good brand. Look for an expiration date. You can use honey, stevia, organic sugar or top it with some unsweetened applesauce. Crackers such as Akmak or any whole grain cracker topped with a nut butter, sliced bananas, honey, unsweet jam is a good and quick breakfast.
Please dont use low-calorie jam that has artificial ingredients. It has been proven that "splenda" causes depression in many people...It is highly processed and we want as natural as possible. Oatmeal topped with fruit, nuts, cinnamon is a good nutritious breakfast. Be sure and cook oats well as oatmeal tastes best on creamy side.
I try and stay away from cold cereals that have a lot of sugar as the sugar usually leaves you tired and hungry. Most granola is loaded with sugar. for scrambled or poached eggs please ( if you can) try and get organic eggs. Make a nice wholegrain slice of toast and always use "real" butter or a nut spread such as peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter or sesame butter. Also, a 1/2 grapefruit in the morning is good with it. Stay away from the processed meats loaded with salt that also contains nitrates. Remember, stay far away from MSG ( monsodium Glutamate) and so much salt. You may find your headaches decrease....Always read labels and expiration dates for freshness..

GOD HAS GOOD PLANS FOR YOUR FUTURE
know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out-- plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.
