OUR RESTORER

“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.”

There are times when we lose our peace, our joy, and the feeling that we are worthwhile. The enemy, satan, comes against us daily with accusations, temptations, and lies. Jesus is our Restorer! He will restore His Peace, Joy, and assurance of His Love to us. He will hold us in His Loving Arms close to His Heart and whisper to us, “I Love you”.

For those of us who have struggled with something for a long time, He will in His Perfect Timing restore our enthusiasm and zeal once again. Our Restorer not only restores things we have lost, He restores marriages, friendships, and relationships. He takes a broken home and puts the pieces together again.

Sometimes the night seems so long, and we feel so alone, it is then that Jesus comes and stands beside our bed through the long night. There is no trial, temptation, or hurdle that we can’t conquer with Jesus at our side. Indeed, He is the Restorer of broken hearts and broken lives.

If satan has stolen your marriages, homes, and loved ones, be patient and wait for Jesus. He loves you and He will restore you again. It may not be the way you think, but His Ways are far above our ways. Parents, don’t give up on your children. He is Faithful and He will protect and restore your children.
